Return Timeframe
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Seasonal items (e.g., holiday collections) require return within 7 days.
Condition Requirements
- Acceptable Returns:
✅ Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items;
✅ Original tags and packaging intact;
✅ Valid order number or proof of purchase.
- Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Clearance/Sale items marked "Final Sale";
❌ Customized or altered garments;
❌ Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

2️⃣ Ship Items: Mail the item(s) with RMA# and order details to:

3️⃣ Shipping Fees:
- Defective/wrong items: We cover return shipping (prepaid label provided via email);
- Non-defective returns: Customer responsible for shipping costs.
Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection;
- For exchanges or store credit, please specify in your request (credit valid for 6 months).
Exceptions
- Free size exchanges for discrepancies or color variations (subject to stock availability);
- Gift returns: Refund requires valid gift receipt.
